We’re so excited to announce that Scott Stratten (@unmarketing) will be back at BlissDom in 2013 to deliver his witty, honest, thought provoking and always entertaining keynote presentation for us!
Scott has a brand new book out called The Book of Business Awesome which is designed as two short books put together—one read from the front and the other read from the back, appropriately entitled The Book of Business UnAwesome. The other bit of awesome news is that all attendees at BlissDom’13 will be getting their very own copy of Scott’s new book with their registration.
Scott’s keynote will cover key business concepts related to marketing, branding, public relations, social media, human resources and customer service. It’s about the authentic touch, and the ability to connect technology with engagement to the level of Awesome. He’ll include case studies of successful businesses that gained exposure through being awesome and effective. Then, of course, he’ll just have to share some of the train-wreck stories of unsuccessful businesses showcasing what NOT to do. (Oooh, and knowing Scott, that’s gonna be some fun!)
